Description

Join staff and volunteers on the first Friday of every month, from May through October, for FLLT nature preserve management activities and socializing. If you are looking for a good reason to take off a half-day on a Friday, this is it! Work sessions will be held from 2:00-4:30 pm, followed by a social hour from 4:30-5:30. Tools, work gloves, light refreshments, and snacks will be provided!

Help is needed at the King Preserve to build a series of simple footbridges, reroute a short trail, repaint trail markers, and other trail maintenance.

Directions

From Ithaca, take Rt. 79 east to Richford. Turn south on Rt. 38. Just past the village, turn right on Andersen Hill Road. Follow the road past the right-angle turn, then uphill for approximately a quarter-mile, and park at the old logging road entrance on right.
