Lynn Bradley Leopold of Ithaca, Tompkins County, NY.
Why are you a member?
Being a member of FLLT is a wonderful way to help continue the fine land/waters preservation work that FLLT does in our bio-region; and it keeps me linked in a very personal way to the legacy of my late husband, Carl Leopold, who helped lead the Land Trust in its formative period.
How long have you been a member of FLLT?
Member since 1989.
What’s your favorite FLLT activity and/or preserve, and why?
My favorite activity is visiting my favorite preserve, the Lindsay-Parsons Biodiversity Preserve, mostly because of the variety of habitats and because Carl and I loved to go there together and with visiting family and friends. It’s such a lovely place, in all seasons.
Anything else you want to add?
The FLLT is an organization not only with extraordinary vision for how and where land should be protected, but with equally extraordinary skill and determination to see those preservation projects through to completion. Bravo!
