Description

Get a sneak peek at one of the Land Trust’s newest nature preserves, located just outside of the city of Corning.  This will be the first volunteer work day held at this wonderful new preserve, which was generously donated by the Houghton Family.  Your help is needed to clear a hiking trail that features a scenic vista and a beautiful oak forest.

A work session will be held from 2:00-4:30 pm, followed by a social hour from 4:30-5:30 – light refreshments and snacks will be provided!  Please wear sturdy footwear, and clothes that you do not mind getting dirty.  We will provide tools and work gloves, but feel free to bring your own if you have a favorite pair.
