DESCRIPTION

The Land Trust is actively pursuing a truly rare opportunity – the acquisition of one of the last sizable properties bordering Owasco Lake. Located on the lake’s eastern shore, the property features bluffs overlooking Indian Cove along with hardwood forests, agricultural fields, open meadows, and a rugged gorge with a tributary to the lake.

Executive Director Andy Zepp will discuss the Land Trust’s plans to provide public access to the site, restore wetlands to improve the lake’s water quality, and fundraising goals. There will be light refreshments and plenty of time for questions. Learn more.
