Description
The Lindsay-Parsons Preserve is one of the Land Trust’s flagship preserves as well as one of its most remarkable. At 537 acres, it contains 3.6 miles of trails that meander through a rich diversity of habitat. Your help is needed to help refresh trail markings, clear fallen limbs, and cut back encroaching brush. This work day will include lots of hiking and some strenuous activity but all skill and energy levels are welcome. All of your hard work will be rewarded with stunning vistas and a chance to meet folks who love and support the Land Trust’s mission like you do.
Please wear sturdy footwear, and clothes that you do not mind getting dirty. FLLT will provide tools and work gloves as well as some refreshments and light snacks. Please bring your own lunch and consider bringing a backpack.
