Board Candidate Bios
Kevin Parker (1st 3-year term) Kevin is a professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Rochester, where he has served as Department Chair, Director of the Rochester Center for Biomedical Ultrasound, and Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Kevin and his wife live in Penfield, Monroe County and they also have a cottage on Canandaigua Lake in South Bristol. Kevin has been a member of the Land Trust since 2010.
Sean O’Keefe (2nd 3-year term) Sean is a professor at Syracuse University and served in several senior leadership positions in government, higher education, and the aerospace industry. He lives in Skaneateles, NY and has been a member of the Land Trust since 2017.
Marjory Rinaldo-Lee (2nd 3-year term) Marjory is a retired hydrogeologist and former President of GeologicNY. She lives in Ithaca, NY and has been a member of the Land Trust since 1999.
Fred Van Sickle (2nd 3-year term) Fred is Vice President for Alumni Affairs & Development at Cornell University and has supported the Land Trust since he moved to Ithaca in 2016.
Myra Shulman (3rd 3-year term) Myra was a Senior Research Associate in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Cornell University. She lives in Ithaca, NY and has been a member of the Land Trust since 2000.
Patty Weisse (3rd 3-year term) Patti is a nonprofit organizational development consultant and Director Emeritus of Baltimore Woods Nature Center who lives in Skaneateles, NY. She has been a member of the Land Trust since 1998.
